■Will the finish time be printed?

Yes, we can investigate and print marathon official net times through your number card number.

■Emails are not received.

Order confirmation emails or shipping confirmation emails which are sent from our shop cannot be received by customers who have specified domain settings (block sender settings) on their mobile device or computer.
Please either remove the block sender settings or add our store’s domain (shop@tensodo.co.jp) to your permission list.

■Is delivery possible overseas?

No, delivery cannot be made overseas.
If you are considering making a purchase, it would be possible to send goods to the address of a family member or friend who resides in Japan. There is also the option of using an external service for forwarding overseas (http://www.tenso.com/en/).
*In this case, please make the order by entering a Japanese address as the delivery destination and making payment by credit card.

■Can symbols be used in the printed name?

No, symbols cannot be used.
Only the roman alphabet/kanji/hiragana/katakana characters can be printed.
Dots (.) and commas (,) cannot be printed.

■Can receipts be issued?

Yes, they can be issued if required. Please include “Receipt required” in the notes column.
However, please understand that these cannot be sent outside of Japan.

■Can I still make a purchase if I have not finished a run?

Yes, purchases can be made. However,
please understand that finish medals are not included.
If a time is not required, an order can be created with the time column left blank.
In this case please include “Do not include time” in the notes column.

■Is it possible to print a first name only/surname only?

Yes, we accept orders for first names only/surnames only.

■How long does it take for delivery?

Please reference the below.
